Bow rail nose
« on: April 13, 2014, 01:37:57 PM »
Any of you guys have a bow rail nose off of a early 70's 22-2, 19-6 or even a 170? Aluminum, 7/8 diameter. I actually like the bow rail and it seems a popular gathering spot for people to sit on the cap up there and lean on the rail while anchored for various outings. The PO cut the rail about 4" forward of the first upright to ease in anchor retrieval so now it looks like two staghorns and is no longer self supporting as a unit. So if someone is willing to part with that section it would be greatly appreciated and rewarded. I just need the section from the first upright forward and I will make the sheek adapters to fit the rail stub in place.
Many thanks!

Thanks fella's just need the nose piece for now, keeping it original. When the rebuild comes, I'll probably go without the rail anyway.
