Anyone have experience replacing the fuel line for a 205 osprey ? The access is tight......
Should the new line be taped to the old one like pulling a ducer cable ?
i'm replacing the entire run from tank to engine because its now 12 years old
Thoughts..............

How I pull fuel feed hoses.  Remove the hose from the pickup on the tank.  Pull from both ends to make sure it is freed up.  Then drill a hole through both walls of the ends of both the old hose and the new hose.  Thread a stiff wire through the holes in both hoses such that the hoses butt up against each other...basically like one long hose.  Twist the wire ends together and flatten against the hoses, then tape with electrical tape.

I done a lot of hose replacements this way... :thumright:
