Windlass breaker location?

Hello,
I have a 2005 Explorer 275 with a Maxwell Freedmon 500 windlass.  I tried to pay out line with a kink in the rode, and now the windlass will not work.  The power indicator on the helm station does not illuminate.  I checked all the obvious things (fuse block on positive terminal, etc.) but have not been successful.  Can someone tell me where the breaker for the windlass is located?

Check in the close vicinity to the batts and the battery switches...

I did check around the batts and switches - didn't see anything resembling a breaker.  What does the windlass circuit protection look like?
