Glad they scored before the half.

Wind is coming in waves here on the coast. North wind blows, then stops. Temp drops and maintains. N wind blows again....40 to 30, stops and maintains.

Third time is the charm. Just started blowing again. Forecast low 19 here.

Ain't chit compared to you guys north....but unusual for here.

It's all relative Scotty, a twenty degree swing is a big deal no matter where you are..  Just so long as my car doors don't freeze shut so I can go home in the AM all is good!

50 at 1800, 33 at 2330, 14 by morning.. Good times :thumright:  It just is a bummer we lost almost all of the 2 feet of snow.. Sledding is gonna be rough for a bit!

A little late posting but this was out the font door the other day..

CB you mentioned ice? How's this?

Scotty this was at the intersection of 105 and 131 looking over Sennebec Lake. It was greener the last time you saw it.

So despite the calling for a "hard freeze" over night here, we just saw 32*, even right after dawn, the coldest hour.

But right now, with clear skies and only reaching a high of 47* today, it's 8:30 and we're at 39*...gonna go out and do the spigot deal again...

Yes Dave, we'll have little "puddles" of ice directly under the spigots...but last night only saw 38, so the weather weenies were wrong again.

But they are wrong today as well.  Forecast was for 64...and we're at 50 right now.  Cloud cover.  Long, and improbable, way to go to see 64...

Dave, we have the most amazing water bill!  We're on county water, we're really not conservative (nor are we wasteful, just average people), our water bill has never been over $8/month.  We have a septic, so no sewer.  A couple gallons per night ain't gonna hurt...
