Read a article last night about the ill effects of drinking alcohol  
and how bad it is for your health  
Let me tell you all...
Scared the chit out of me so bad that I decided to ...

Went to the north woods of Wisconsin many years back, muskellunge fishing.

Out on a desolate two lane road, miles from nowhere, was a tavern.

The "Stagger Inn" :cheers:

We didn't go in, but did slow down to get a pic of the joint.

Can only imagine a motto....

"Stagger Inn....Stumble Out"

Catch any Muskie on that trip?  They're some COOL-AZZ freshwater fish.  Kinda like a 'cuda that only has to worry about grunts, needlefish, and porgy competing with it.   :thumright:

Have two friends who quit drinking to make peace with their wives/significant others. They did good on their end, true to their word.

One quit for three months, the other for seven weeks. Both are still on the wagon.

Turns out for one it was something other than drinking...the relationship just  wasn't "right" for her :? He is the breadwinner, and works hard to support his wife and kids.

The other friend haven't heard from. But wish him the best.

We all know that marriage can be difficult.  Good news is....great relationships are possible. Stellar examples exist right here on CA :thumright:
