Had to pull over to the side of the road and take a photo this morn on the way to work.
All I had was my "smart" phone.

I got to remind myself once in awhile why I live up here

Sunrise up my way.

Simply AMAZING!!    Thanks for sharing these photos Bill.  I sure do love my weather down here in sunny South Florida, but GOD I miss the scenery from my New England upbringing.   :?   and I've never been up your way so it's a treat to get a resident's perspective.

Bill that is a beautiful picture thanks for sharing, but this past weekend in Florida I was in shorts, T-shirt, and flops out in the boat accompanied by a young lady in a bikini.  "Am I glad I live in Florida"

We're just shy of 3" of rain here today.  Got up at 6:30, was coming down in a hard drizzle, other than a few periods of "drizzle", hasn't stopped since...

Just a "not get much done" kind of day, Scotty.  Remember Sunshine Grove Rd., the 4-lane that you turned onto my street from?  Was on there about noon today, had to slow to 35 MPH, it was coming down so hard...and there were no cars around!  Rained like a sumbitch!!  Still coming down pretty good now...

Sure do remember that road! I remember it had long, loping hills, and bigass power lines... big boys that looked like they could have run to the east coast.

That large red line of heavy stuff pass through yet?

Yeah the weatherman had me worried since about 4:00 this morning.  I have 35,000 sq ft of tents up for most of the St Patrick's day festivals in the area....  gotta love it when the news man says it "may pose a problem for restaurant and bars that have outdoor tents set up"  Great news...

On the plus side it looks like it looked worse on the radar than it actually turned out to be.

Holy crap that is a bunch of people under my tent!

That one is at O'Keefe's in downtown Clearwater.  We do have some small tents at Flanagan's in Downtown Dunedin.
