Here is some of my list:
Rewire and organize wiring under console (it's a mess).
Replace steering arm (rust!).
Patch some voids under rub rail.
Patch some holes in console that were created for misc electronics by the previous owner.
Install new VHF antenna
Address weight distribution/scuppers under waterline issue (

Considering paint job. Hull above and below waterline looks pretty bad and original decals are pealing/cracking.

I rebuild prefer to do all this above myself. I can handle the electrical and mechanical, but the paint job issues would be a learning experience for me. I could end up with a bigger job if my stringer foam is waterlogged... And I have basically no experience with fiberglass or foam work. I never pulled a deck or cap before.    I love too learn new things but don't want to bight off more than I can chew.

It's a never ending list!!! :pirat:
#1..repaint floor with nonskid(adhesion problems with original paint 2 years ago)
#2..Raise motor 1 bolt hole higher :salut:
#3..Make a enclosure for T-Top as soon as I find an industrial sewing machine thats priced reasonable. :thumright:
#4..If I get a wild hair up my(well you know), sand and repaint the bottom of the boat white..

And just maybe look for a 222CCP hull, depending on how all else goes.

Trim/tilt motor.
I've already purchased a new one, just haven't installed yet.
Will be pulling the motor off and inspecting the transom.
Probably won't complete till the first of next year.

Does your's look like this

It is off a 89 Yami 225 Exell
If its the same and you could use it you are welcome to it.
This motor has been lying around for a few years in my shop....time to throw it out

My list started with lower unit service this off-season. It's time for new impellars and gear oil. Now that I have gotten into my motor issue on the starboard motor that is quickly going to move to the top of my list.

So my list is:
repair/replace starboard powerhead  :study:
LU service both motors  :puker:
Spread some teak oil around  :thumleft:
clean/clean/clean,wax/polish/buff  8)

500 plus trips on her are starting to show, just cosmetic though not a stress crack to be seen
Need new cushions made
Custom made grey powder coated aluminum switch panel with high end switches
Winter is my busy time so probably won't get done for a while

The first things I want to tackle are getting some new paint on and a new rub rail.

Mine will be in service most of the winter. Want to mak a few trips to Va Beach Va. Go out of Rudy inlet to fish stripers. Fish the chesapeake till 12/15 then the CBBT till the 12/31. then Rudy thru mar.
#1 new steering cable.
#2 check transom and stringers to see how wet.
#3 repair gunnel on port side.(old repair that needs replacing.)
#4 paint topside.

Sure there is more but don"t know what.

Bill
