You can buy a car headlamp restore kit from your local autoparts place.

Should only take a few minutes.

i have a 1970 22-2 FB without the windows.  I do have the same pipes in my livewell. What are they for & how do they work?

I would guess Presta has a product that would work well - Lewis to the white phone, please....
