My 78 Aquasport 20ccp project

Recently purchased a 78 aquasport ccp had an old evinrude 140 on her and a few soft spots in the floor, Gave a guy a 1400 deposit to redo the floor and glass in the transom and just picked the boat up in pieces out the money and out all my pumps and he is in jail on 3rd degree theft so now tackling this build myself wit help from a good friend at a marina with the glass,gel coat,paint. Any input and advice appreciated.
1. I have purchased a center console, t-top and leaning post off craigslist. (debating on powder coat or painting it)
2. floor is going to be done in cell tek
3. original coffin box lid cut off and floor in the bow will be raised with lid glassed flush and kill box under floor.
4. purchased a kodiak pro flow livewell
5. bought an armstrong with swim platform also
6. got all my pumps(mascerator,2 bilge,live well,wash down,fresh water) from the pawn shop

The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 1100 pixels wide and 100 pixels high. The submitted image is 519 pixels wide and 387 pixels high...this is the message i get when trying to post pics, when your resize the picture to these it is very small any input on posting pics

Murk - upload your pix to your gallery.  Click photo gallery button on teal bar.  You should be in your gallery by default - click my photos on the blue bar, to the left to be sure.  Click upload on the blue bar to the right and then you can follow the instructions posted at the top of each forum to complete the posting.
If you're trying to attach pix, that is not the way to do it.
