Got the deck all glassed up on the mold over the last few days going to pull it this week and get it fitted into the boat

Got the coring all weighted down.

I did a layer of 1.5 ounces,1708,1.5 ounces, .75 inch plascore, 1708 and finish with 1.5 ounces. Used almost 15 Gal. of resin...

Awesome preplanning on that huge mold! I wish I would have thought about doing it that way on my build with the built in hatch gutters.
How much do you think it weighs with all that resin, glass, and plasticore?
Do you have to build new molds for the hatch covers?

Thanks its slowly getting there....I think it's maybe 250 lbs. Yeah going to make a mold for the hatches makes thing a lot nicer and a lot less grinding!!

Got the deck fitted and didn't come out to bad. Had a buddy come by with a little crane truck to help fit it.

Also had to put the tower in to get a little idea on how she's going to look.
