Ok. Looks like I finally found it. Appears my primer solenoid failed. The solenoid was still clicking like it's supposed to, yet it wasn't pushing fuel to the carbs for some reason. Replaced the solenoid and she's appears to be running smoothly...no wobbling and no significant RPM fluctuation. I know that the solenoid by itself shouldn't be the entire problem b/c the engine can run without it, so perhaps it was leaking air or free-flowing some fuel, but I'm happy to be able to put her back in the water since it's PRIME fishin' season!
