A little rain goes a long way!

Went to the inlaws yesterday and on the way back stopped at the ramp we always put in at on Lake Lanier. Last fall we would have to back down the ramp about 100 feet to the water. Now it is all the way up to the poles at the top of the ramp! The dock is almost level with the parking lot (last year it was sitting on the dirt). Water is up into the trees.

After stopping at the ramp we went over to some friends houseboat and hung out with them for a while. Their neighbors feed the carp off the front of their houseboat so I shot a little video.

In January I went to visit my daughter in SC and on the way i noticed the "low tide" in Lake Lanier.  Glad to see its high tide again.
