This season I'd like to add Floscan, is the 5500 series cruisemaster the way to go for my 1995 Yammi 200(carbed) or can I step up to the Multifuntion digital series ? Thanks !!

Thanks !!Call The Marine Connection (TMC) in Ft. Pierce 772-465-6460 and ask if they still have any of the Yamaha Fuel Management systems left, I think they do. It comes with everything, Gauge, transducer, harness etc... $299 (I think). That is a $600+ system new anywhere else. works great, especially since you are running a Yammi.
Not to derail the thread but I think my Floscan is reading a slightly higher GPH than my engine is actually burning. The reason I say that is I refuel my boat based on the fuel I burned yet my fuel tank seems to be getting fuller! The PO installed the unit in my boat so I have no idea how good of a job he did calibrating the unit. I didn't see a owners manual download available on the Floscan website.
is the flowscan any more accurate than the yammi ??? Is a new yammi fuel management gauge a direct plug n play for what I have in there now ???
thanks for the input fellas.....my original 1995 yammi fuel management LCD screen is finally starting to burn out. I was considering the flowscan as a replacement...the 5500 series is 300 bucks factory direct on their website......is the flowscan any more accurate than the yammi ???
