That's pretty cool, I just wonder why he has that many weapons though.

Collector or paranoia, still......

Pretty cool take on an old idea (hidden in plain site).

I didn't notice any bars on the window.

One can never have too many, especially 1911s.

My only question is, if you have something like that , why show it and how it works. :?:

Wow that is SWEET.  I have seen some of the small night stands and such with hidden compartments at gun shows but nothing like that before.

I took it as an advertisement for what he/they manufacture. If you don't realize something like this exists then you wouldn't shop it.

Still, you make a good point. I wonder how many scofflaws will now be bustin' bookcases looking for hidden treasure, especially those that have the opportunity and ability to steal hard mounted safes and such.

Very interesting from both the woodworking and thieving ends. 8)

In the 30 years I have been a builder, I cant tell you how many hidden rooms, vaults, safe rooms, and storage I have done.
I never can understand that once completed, they show it off to 50 or more people???
Why build a hidden vault , room, if you show it off?
I just never have understood it.

Yes, in this case I believe it to be an ad for selling this type of storage system.

Proud I guess - the nature of people. Still pretty cool.
And CB you're right - they would never figure out where the main latch is (wonder how many people with this case can't remember either   ) so they just start tipping over all bookcases.

I like that night stand. It's a good idea if you want your home protection gun handy but concealed. Looks really well made also. The price was 850.00 and up but it looked like a quality product.

It would be worth every penny if Bubba was breaking in the house at 3 am.
