Went by and saw Scott's progress today - gonna be a nice boat!  Deck is in - I got up and walked on it - like walking on a concrete floor - I mean SOLID!  Here's the view from the back:

New rear compartments ready to be glassed in:

Front hatch - even the inside is clean and shiny:

This is the weight for the truck and trailer

Here is the weight with the boat on the trailer, and the T Top in the back of the truck. The T Top and radio box weigh 90#

So, 2340 pounds. But the weight of the T Top must be subtracted, so the boat hull as shown weighs 2250#.

For a complete dry weight three hatches and hardware will be added, giving a finished dry weight of 2310 pounds estimated.

From today, adding aluminum trim beneath cap (thanks Eugene for sourcing this), internal livewell mounting ring (thanks Eugene, great idea), livewell floor raised for plumbing, prepping for non-skid, etc.

Nonskid prep complete, livewell gelled, top installed, console footrest insert ready for nonskid

The livewell is the Dorado knock-off. If were to do it again, would be double wall construction, rather than single wall. The double wall allows the plumbing to bury between the walls....my pic shown of the inlet feed....with the double wall, that directional inlet could have been hidden.
The livewell shown was purchased early in the build from a firm in Tampa. They are readily available there. We cut off the outside flange that mounts to the deck, and went with a hidden, internal mounting system, per Shipoke's direction. The oval mounting flange pics are shown here on the build. On today's pics, mounted on the deck aft of the console.
The internal flange gives a clean, unobstructed, custom install.

Getting near the end. Floor non-skid installed, green PVA will be removed. A pic of the plumbing beneath the livewell.

And livewell with cushion. Thank goodness for the fine houses of Tampa, Florida :thumright:

Bottom view, beneath floor of livewell, above deck

The black fitting appears (from the bottom) to be a recirculator/aerator. It is actually the 3/4 inlet, with adjustable aerator nozzle above, supplied by Shipoke.
Shipoke Boatworks has supplied all of the specialty 316 hinges, Orcas deck cams, pull up cleats, etc. Quality T Tops of Tampa supplied the oval livewell cushion, flip-back backrest, hardware, etc.
