Swim ladder

Good Morning all. I'm in search of the clips that hold the swim ladder to the stern area of the boat. They would be the "U".  shaped clips. I have a 2002 25 Explorer and am trying to get original parts, and or aftermarket if anyone knows where I can get them . thanks
