I wanted to ask a question about the overall weight of the boat but I think I figured it out (1800lbs w/o T-Top) whats do you guys think it will be with the top?  She holds 50gals at about 6lbs a gal which is 300lbs with a full tank.  2nd question is in the stern of the boat forward of transom there is a bait well.  I plug it up and use it for storage just because I'm uncertain on how to use it. Does anyone have ideas on how to use? I'm assuming that if I take the plug out the well will fill with water to the waterline and no more.? My partner seems to think it will sink the boat but I disagree, any info would be much appreciated.

I have an 81 200 CCP that I have started working on. Where did you find your rub rail insert? I have the rope insert on mine currently and want to replace it. Thanks in advance
