Mulv,  I found a photo of your boat you posted awhile back where you father is fishing in the stern. It shows your top and it is really oversized compared to mine. While mine has about 2" of overhang on both sides, your top probably has 6" or more. If you find that pic and compare it to other 215DC tops you will see yours is bigger.

Not to add to the confusion, but I bought this last year for my 2004 DC. This is new/old stock, original color. I had to do a couple of bracket adjustments but it fits like it came from the showroom. I don't know how different all the dimensions are between the 1999 and 2004, but it may be worth taking a look at. It was listed under Wellcraft on their site.
Great Lakes Skipper has tons of new/old stock on their site and ebay. For Aquasport stuff, you need to check Wellcraft, Fourwinns, and Yamaha. A drawback is they can't answer specific questions about the stock. Just what's written in the description.

Here's some dimensions I got this weekend. Hope they help. The are measured from the exact locations depicted in the photos. All measurements are taken from the center of the mounting points.
