Glad to hear you're doing better Lew - take it easy, per the MD's advice.

Ain't gonna watch it.

I did watch them do arthroscopic surgery on my knee.  I watched the same screen the doc watched.  I was drugged up enough that I did not care.

Its not that bad JJ. Everything is covered up except where they are working.

Like Marc says, the worst part is where they start popping on that awl with the mallet. Then they show the screen, the bone is hopping around like a Mexican jumping bean.

The two docs doing the job were more like mechanics than surgeons.

Thanks for the link Lew, get better soon bud :thumright:

I'm with JJ, there are a lot better things to watch than that.  Like maybe a video of one of the Presidential debates.  (Sorry, was the worst thing I could think of at the moment and still be better than the operation)

Forgot my password & got that squared away.
Lewis is doing great.  He cut his pain meds in half today & we walked around the Wally World for an hour an a half.
His leg did not go numb, which it was before.  :D
He can not lift more than eight pds for the next three mths.  He will have a doctor appt. on 1/1/13 & we will see how he is
progressing.
We appreciate all the prayers & thoughts over the last two weeks.  I go back to work on Monday so you guys will have to entertain him
during the day!
