Capitol letters emphasizing the pronunciation.  Almost sound Russian sometimes...

Heck here they transmit a warning now and then about how it is illegal to use 16 for radio checks or something like that.    I like the Sea Tow automated radio check since it plays back your transmission so you can hear what your radio sounds like.
