Graveyard claims another one

The Hatteras area is called the "Graveyard of the Atlantic" due to all the shipwrecks there over hundreds of years.  Well, add another one to the list - the HMS Bounty - a replica made for the movies.  Who the heck decided to take a tall ship through the "Graveyard of the Atlantic" in the middle of a hurricane!?  USCG Elizabeth City responded with courage and dedication:
