new photos

photos of my 22.2 69 flatback. can anyone tell me what ineed to do to get the jack plate going or if it would be worth the money. what you see in the pic is what i have. what would i have to get beside hydraulic pump? can i take it to a hydraulic shop to test it first?

OK, here's what to do, which Rickk taught me (and now probably regrets).

Put your pictures in a file in your computer where you can find them.

Go to www.photobucket.com.

Log in or register if you haven't been there before.  No sweat, it's free.

After you successfully log in you will see an area to upload pix titled "add images from URL"

Click the button marked "Browse"

When you click the button it will open a window that lets you browse your computer's file system.  Navagate your way to the file area where your pictures are.  Your pictures will be displayed as thumbnails.

Put your cursor over the picture you want to upload and click once.  This will highlight the picture.

At the bottom of that window you will see an "Open" button.  Click on it.

The window will disappear and the Photobucket window will be on top.

Click on "submit".  This will upload your picture to Photobucket.

After the picture uploads, the Photobucket window will refresh and you will see your photo displayed.

Under the photo you will see three addresses.  Click once on the address marked "Img".  This will highlight that address.

Move your cursor to the top of your screen and in the "Edit" pull-down menu click once on "copy".

Go to the Aquasport forum you want to post to, write your post.  At any place in your post where you want your picture to appear, move your cursor up to the "Edit" pull-down menu and click on "Paste".  

That will insert the "Img" address of your picture into your post.  The picture will not appear yet, just the "Img" address will appear.  Finish writing your post and at the bottom click on "Preview".  That will send your message to the server and bounce it back to you so that you can see how it looks.  Your picture will then be viewable as it will be when you submit your post.

The process seems complicated at first but after you mess around with it for a while it will be easy for you.  Now let's see some great pictures!

CB, since your pix are already in the photo gallery it's easier to use the tools that Captain gave us.
1. Find the pic that you want to appear in your post and click on it so that you are viewing it in it biggest form.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see a line that says "UBBCode:" and them on the row to the right, it'll have the text that you copy and paste into your post.  Copy the entire line and paste into your post then your image will appear.
By the way, you should use a graphics program to scale your pix down to something like 640x480 or 800x600.  I use GraphicsWorkshopPro, it's a freebee and is easy to use. Here

There should be resizing stuff in your camera software that came with your camera.

640X480 is what you want for forum's and email's so it doesn't blow the screen out like the pix's you have posted.

You have the pix's 2304X1728 or 1076KB

A 640X480 pix will be aprox 100K
