Pete, they did a great job!  Love the rocket launchers on the leaning post frame!  Did you get some of that 2-sided foam tape from HD?

Thanks guys, very happy with the result, while the top was off I compounded and waxed it as well as painted the underside with gloss white brightsides,Bob,I got the 3m outdoor rated foam tape, little more$,but what the hey,put the top, lined it up with bolt holes and  pulled the tape liner off, worked great.Should be finished rerigging in a few days, now I need to get my seats recovered to finish it off.Scared at what some of the marine uphostery guys want,

Pete, are you talking about the leaning post seat and cushions?  Want me to see what Gary (CUSHIONGUY) will do it for?

Thats exactly what I need the leaning post, its the one that swings up for a leaning post and down for a seat, and the seat up front of the console,if he is familiar with them I would love a quote, but I don't know how the logistics of it would work?  :salut:

Pete, tell you what.  Get some good pics and email them to ghelms@tampabay.rr.com   Gary will give you a quote.  If it's to your liking, we can always meet halfway in O-town and have breakfast...say a Denny's close to the Beeline and SOBT?

I had my welder make me a post with a round base welded on the top and a standard antenna thread on the bottom.  I mounted it to a antenna mount and put my all around while light on top.  It worked for me.

here is a pic of the support welder put on front of console, top is much more solid now, accoerding to the welder its the side to side twist that cracks pipes and breaks welds, stand on your gunwales and see how much your can twist you top from the rear...

Well pretty much have this little interuption wrapped up,a few more wires to tidy up,but overall happy with the results, the cracks in the top let me get some great upgrades done at the same time,I guess you can make lemonade out of lemons

underside of top painted gloss white...will be much easier to clean!

new antenna, allaround light moved to back of top, compounded and waxed top..

all done!!,, or is it ever???
