Hi guys, anybody had to change a flywheel on a 350 merc on a 1986 290 TM ? I put in a light wt. starter and it knocked off 6 teeth on the flywheel. Wondering if it's easier to pull up the rear deck and slide the trans. Back or slide the engine forward? Looking for help from experienced is has been a pain but the boat is outstanding in big water. I run it in the lower Cook Inlet, Alaska and sail from a remote village so parts are tough to get in a timely manor. Thanks
