Fuse sizes
«

Does anyone know what size the fuses are that are located in the stern with the 40 amp breaker. The one on the lower left is blown and its only a 1 amp fuse. I believe its for the forward bilge pump, 1 amp seem small.
Anyone ?
Thanks
John

IIRC, you have 4 fuses back in the little black box besides the main breaker. FWD bilge (7.5A), Aft bilge (7.5A), Stereo Memory (10A), and trim tabs (20A)...

Thanks for the reply. 7.5 amp on the bilge pumps seems better.
I have the box in this link. (I think i copied it correctly)
Three fuses and one main breaker.

The stereo memory is where the 1 amp fuse goes.

Kinda beg to differ there. I have a Fusion 700 going in a customers boat, it has a 15A in the memory circuit. The Blaupunkt in my Maxima? 10A. I'm guessing the PO put the wrong fuse in there...

Thanks for the info...
I installed a Jenson and it had 1 amp inline fuses that I cut off for the power and memory. Only a 200 watt stereo.
