Had some time last night to reseal the lower bolts on outboard.

I had 5200 all over me last night.

Ain't it crazy, even with the best planning...that stuff is the WORST.

Been many an evening  went to work the next day with white fingers...not cool in my biz....redneck by night...Richard Gere by day

Awesome, congrats.  Two worst I can think of is gorilla glue and Liquid Nails (PL400).  THAT stuff does not come off.  You have to wait until your body decides to get rid of that layer of skin...

I think I mentioned my 22FF had a screw through the hull where the bilge pump float switch was fastened, just the tip poking out.  I removed and 5200'd the hole and its been fine so far.  Roger at Glyns Marine mounted the pump and switch to starboard with a vertical piece screwed into the center stringer so no more holes in the boat.  Worked out great and not a drop of water in the bilge after hauling out or after a good rain.  I also went around and filled any old screw holes in the deck with the stuff.  I know the plywood (deck) is probably not long for this world but for now it's pretty solid for a 1978.  Anyways, glad to hear you fixed your problem, nothing like a completely dry bilge!
