Why three, different locations on the hull?

Side per side per the two, equal position at the stern, thence moving forward.

The third is variable, going forward through the length.

Will stand corrected if missed something.

Yeah what he said.....what did he say?  I guess I took the easy way for me, just made my template, cut it, marked the bunks and cut them..to get the opposite side I just turned the template around? For me I do better with the KISS philosophy....(Keep It Simple Stupid)

Trailer is finished and put the boat back on it....kind of fun for 1 person :salut:
It was starting to lean a bit as I cranked the trailer under it
starting to get it on the trailer
halfway home
had to jack the starboard side some to level it out then proceed
almost there
Done....It took about an hour and a half to do and I had to re-adjust the bunks about 2 inches farther out to the sides but it's now on it :D

Good thing OSHA didn't drive by.

Looks like she got on OK and appears to sit well.  :thumleft:
Launch, retrieval and towing are the real tests.
Lookin' good is for selling.

Will be doing a road test next week, hopefully if I get my motor issue figured out will splash it next week also :D .. she sits good, about 1 1/2 inch lower than when on rollers , and I can still tilt the motor all the way down when on the trailer. The Mrs might consider selling it if I had another one to get(thinking 22-23 ft  ),But that will be a while.. we just increased the insurance coverage up 25% to cover the rebuild and new parts and electronics....
