For pinholes and small imperfections, Duratec high build primer works very well and is quite easy to sand. For big dips, I like to use Chem E APF-7. It is a very rigid filler that sands easily.

I think it's made by Axson. I will check our invoices on Monday and give you the details. If you need, I can order a gallon for our Thursday delivery and send to you. Please note that you use the cream hardener with this product, not MEKP.

If you already have the epoxy use fairing filler instead of Cabosil.

Add micro balloons in with the cabosil. About a 3:2 cab to mb ratio. It makes it sand way easier.

be sure to use a mask with the micro balloons.  you dont want to breath that stuff!  But it's light and sands easy.

Evercoat makes a polyester fairling filler that is easy to sand and easy to mix.  You can get it at most auto body shopes.  workes great for filling chips and small items.  I would not try to use it to fill large areas.

Got my flairing compound at uscomposites.com..Stuff looks like bondo when you open part A, but it is epoxy based, part B looks like "Crisco"  :o all white and creamy, mixes 2(part A) to 1(part B), very easy to spread thin and easy to sand :) , I flaired the edges of my new floor (about 6inches on floor and 8 inches up the wall) and then flaired the entire floor of my 19-6 and still have about 1/3 bucket left( started with 1gal size).Comes in 2 seperate pails, hardens in about 20 minutes so you have good working time, sandable in about 2 hours.. :pirat:
