Some Upgrades
« on: March 03, 2012, 08:26:41 PM »
I wanted to liven up the boat a little so I got these

Bob hooked me up with this e box, thanks Bob.
Had to do some cutting but i think it came out good and I made it so I can remove it when not in use, and it looks crooked because it's just sitting on so wires in back and not secured, using stainless bolts and wing nuts for that.

Also got my Flow Scan installed, still waiting on the sensor though, they sent me the wrong one

Nice!   :thumright:

I picked up some replacement decals for my hood and I'm thinking of working on it tomorrow.   Hey looks like your flowscan is exactly where mine is!

Good job!

Thanks guy's, Bruce when i was looking for a spot to put it that was about the only spot that wouldn't interfere with the compass, so I wasn't copying you to much, just a little

You did a great job on that e-box - it looks fantastic, you should be proud  :salut:

And the decals are shagadelic, as my main man says.

Looks good Scott  :salut:
Is your plan to have one Garmin running at a time? Share the sensors?

Rick I'm not sure I know what you mean, the fuel flow for now is by itself, the Garmin on the left is a fish finder, the other is my new chartplotter, I like stand alone units over combos.

And on a side note I'm dropping the boat off at Walts tomorrow for a visit.

That is too cool!  Love the graphics, didn't know the ebox was gonna go there!!  Excellent!

And, as Pete says, I don't miss much.  LOVE the rope insert on the rub rail!! :thumleft:  :thumleft:

Oh, didn't realize you had separate units.  Nice compact setup for that.
Tell Walt I still haven't tried the support tubes yet.

Bob I figured you would like that, the width was perfect just had to trim down the height

Rick I was talking to Walt about you Friday, he won't forget your boat, he doesn't see many lowers with parts missing, I will relay the message.

Fernando it fits a 3 1/16" hole, they have other models that require a 3 3/8" hole but those have a built in tach.
