I bought a boat from randy, and i have to say i am very disappointed! He said he did a lot of things which turns out he didnt!! He told me he put a brand new poly tank in when he rebuilt it. Not only did he not rebuild it like he said but it was not a new tank, and in turn was full of junk and clogged all my filters and injectors on my motor! He did do the transom but did not support it enough... All in all i was not very pleased, the only thing he did good was paint the outside of the boat....I'd say watch out for this guy
