24 walkaround conversion

I haven't seen one.  What model year is the WAC?  I'm sure it could be done but it would be a ton of work and some models would be easier to convert than others.  I'd say unless the WAC is REALLY bad it would be cheaper just to find a CC hull.

The biggee would be the deck cap conversion...very labor intensive.

I agree you would have to build the deck and inside cap from amidships forward.  Plus you have to find or build a console etc etc.

You would be further ahead to find a 246 CCP.  Making a WAC into a CCP would be WAY too much work - you could pick up a project CCP (they have the same hull) and do a major re-do and be serious money ahead compared to trying to do a WAC job.
