Try
www.updplastics.com
. They have stock windshields for aquasports and other boats. They offer them in 1/4" and 3/8" thicknesses.

Without a doubt,
www.updplastics.com
is the one to use! You can see the shields right there on their site with prices, color samples, and illustrations.

Do you have your old glass? If so, just take it to your local hardware store, they can cut and bend it exactly the same for a fraction of the cost.

Do it yourselfer's beware!
Beware of sources for acrylic that are not educated in the marine industry. Many hardware, and home depot type stores do not carry cell cast grade material!
You are asking for trouble!
Just because they call it acrylic does not mean it is cell cast. You probably are getting extruded material which is cheaper, however, a few months down the road you can expect to see spider stress cracks.
Do yourself a favor, and save yourself time and money in the long run and use someone who has been doing this for a long time. Blow dryers, and other crude non professional techniques will give you uneven bends! Take pride in your boat, in the long run you won't spend that much more from a professional when you consider that you will have to do it all over again down the road.

Same here, no problems with the non-marine windshield. (lots cheaper though)
