Aaron, are you looking for "good" insurance, or just insurance for tags, to make you legal?

basically the same coverage i already have, its middle of the road, not the best, but not the cheapest. i just talked to progressive, with all the same coverage i currently have my payments would be $61/mo.

For the truck and the boat, I wouldn't beetch at $61/mo.

I just shopped it out a few months back, 21st Century had the best Auto coverage, over $400 a year less than progressive who we've had for 10+ years, and progressive had the best (by far) boat.  So combining with Progressive was not sensible.  Everyone is different.

I use Safeco for my boat policy...a moderate increase in your deductible will have a significant drop on your premium. I increased my deductible from $500 to $1500 and my premium dropped by 40%

I have USAA for everything. they use Progressive for boats, had an electrical fire last year. They were slow to get started
but came through better than I expected in the end.
My opinion is this,I would think that it has to do with the adjusters,
if they are good the claim is easy, if not so good?
