Pan seared some of those bad boys up last night with some fresh garlic in butter and olive oil.  Put a dash of paprika on them too along with some wine.  Served them on top of some fettichini alfredo..    oh yeah!

Being from New England this this is my all time favorite scallop recipe:

My favorite method is simple...sauteed in butter and garlic, and, as wing alluded to, a little olive oil for a little additional flavor...

Soak those bad boys in buttermilk, drain, roll 'em in seafood breader, and FRY 'em in LARD!

Dip those fried scallops in tartar sauce too for that added fat content.
I have a hard time getting them home as I love them raw, they almost taste like sugar
