That's pretty much it. A 30% off sale.
Here is a telecomm that pays a 9% annual dividend. Originated in the Arizona/Utah desert. No competition there....its how they made their niche...and cash. Now expanding...and hitting Georgia and the Carolina's heavy. Windstream Communications (ticker: WIN). Not that it makes any difference, but Cramer is big on dividend-paying telecommunications stocks. This one particularly.
Has been as high as $14 per share. I own shares at an average of $11.48 a share. Did not cash out at $14 per share. Seems to have held support today. Would love to add more here. Will watch it hard in the next few days.
Nine percent return annually, payable straight to your money market account quarterly. Tracks the Dow. At times outperforms the Dow. And at times, underperforms. But still pays a 9% return annually. Take a good close look at the three year chart.
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/ch ... &CP=0&PT=8This isn't a stock-trading board. And the absolute last thing I want to be known for is "hyping" a stock, or to post anything which could be construed as a push for financial gain.
I have been watching WIN for three years. Let me reiterate...it pays a 9% annual dividend, straight to your money market account. NOT reinvested in the stock to accumulate more shares.
It hit $11.00 a share two days ago on the big sell-off. Immediately at $11.00 the volume tripled...the mutual funds were buying like a fire-sale. Why...because a 9% annual return makes the biggest million dollar a year dummy fund manager look great.
And yesterday...during the second round of the blood-bath...she held steady around $11.50. One of the few stocks yesterday to show a gain. Here's the chart...note the heavy volume coming in at $11.00 support on Tuesday.
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/ch ... &CP=0&PT=4That's it guys. Last post on Windstream Systems. Nothing would please me more than to see some of you younger guys make a great long-term investment here. That's the reason for this post. Google up the "Oracle of Omaha", Warren Buffet, and check his guidance yesterday during the 500 point bloodbath...he's bullish...and he LOVES a sale.
