Part Two:

The area we stayed at is known as Venetian Shores. One big drawing point is that the subdivision is located on Snake Creek.
The creek is wide and fairly deep as channels go so bigger craft find it user friendly. The big draw though is this.


Having a draw bridge means big boats which also equates to big houses.




And with that goes some eccentricity.






This guy enforces the "minimum wake zone"


And what southern home on a creek would not be complete without this old time favorite

Very nice! I like the pad on the corner personally.

As a bynote...we used to have a caboose as a hunting camp. Then someone torched it :(
