I just picked up a 222 Aquasport tower boat 1975 with upper and lower station. My problem is what size motor to place on the boat, and new or used ?  Will i get the money back out for a new motor on a 40 year old hull.  Floor and trasom are in good shape  but i am not going to spend big money restoring. Whats the hull boat and trailer worth with jack plate fold down tower and 40 gl bait well and tandom  axle all. trailer. thanks for any help

175 and up will move it fine. New or used? Depends on your pockets.

Did you buy it just to turn around and sell it?  As you know, it's worth only what someone will pay for it. At this point in time it is worth what you paid for it.
Showing us some pics would help.
