remember those honkers?? man would they scream, but they should have used that stuff called stainless steel on the drive shafts and a few other key locations that "might" have been effected by salt water, and you gotta love the disappearing wire insulation, turns to powder when you touch it, to expose the nice green wire beneath.

Is that a Chrysler Airslot boat?  If so, it has the Mercury engine upgrade from the original Chrysler (which became Force) outboard.  

And those tower of power Mercs would scream.  An inline 6 is an inherently balanced engine and can turn some amazing revs.

The "Tower of Power" motors were truly awesome...but the "tweaked" 200 on the Doc's 17 Renegade...narrow block V-6, Boyesson reeds, bullet nose cone, LWPU, cleaver prop...oh, yeah, she'll move...
