Bridges is in Shelby, NC and is right on US74.  Mrs. Bridges is the owner and is about 85 years old.  She's in there most every day keeping the staff on their toes.  In downtown Shelby is Alston Bridges Barbeque - as good as the other Bridges, but less popular 'cuz it's not on the highway.  And guess what?  The families are not related.
