P-Line pliers
« on: February 12, 2011, 10:11:00 AM »
Some of you have probably seen or have these, but I just handled a pair my neighbor bought, they are really sweet fishing pliers, replaceable cutting jaws, very precise machined surfaces and movement, lightweight from machined aluminum and stainless hardware, and around 35-40 bucks, unlike some of the 100.00 pliers out there on the market, great web reviews... on my list for this year's season.  :thumright:

those look sweet!    As we all know the average stainless pliers don't last worth a darn in salt water, Thanks for the link

Defiantly worth a try.  Have you used them?

I haven't used a pair on the boat yet, but cut some braid with them, and they have a good feel and balance to them.  Just seeing them probably outlast some of these more expensive pairs, and at 40 bucks, if they did somehow get splash tested, it wouldn't ruin my day like  watching a hundred plus $$ pair of pliers go bye-bye.
