Anyone have any ideas where I may be able to locate a splash well for a 1980 246CCP?

Why don't you just build one?
That way you could customize to your specs and everything would be fresh and new.
Can't be that hard. JMHO and .02

Here is a link to Keith's rebuild thread. It seems that when everybody rebuilds these hulls they remove the splashwell since it takes up so much space. With the right scuppers I don't see the need for it myself.Why don't you start a thread in the rebuild section and post some pics so we can see where you are.
At the beginning of the thread are some pics of what the splashwell looks like.

Good idea.  Alternatively- What size shaft motor do you have/planning to mount for the boat?  My thinking is that it would probably be about the same amount of work to raise your transom as it would be to build a splashwell, and if you're planning on a transom rebuild anyway, you could do so with minimal material/rework time in the process.  I raised mine to accomodate a 20" motor, and it seems much safer.  A higher transom on an offshore boat like yours just makes sense to me.  JMHO.

I saw someone replaced theirs with starboard that they heated and bent.  The original was steam-bent plywood covered with glass.  I replaced my spashwell door with starboard and am thinking about replacing the side pieces as well.  The 24-6CCP spashwell is just about the same as the 22-2CCP - basically 2 bent pieces on the sides and a door in the middle that is hinged at the bottom:
