Lower Alabama ;)

I was at my daughter's this weekend on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay.  I volunteered to cook.

Steam fogged up my camera lens.


My daughter would not allow us to spread the newspaper and dump it.  :roll:  
Had some spicy mud bugs on the side, or in the center as it were.



Most of my family are sissies when it comes to spicy stuff but next time I'm making this recipe and the sissies can order Domino's.  BTW, this recipe was submitted to the Food Network by our own Captain Jim Lemke. (can't remember his screen name)
