Para-lift Relay/Harness Assembly
« on: October 20, 2009, 05:58:43 PM »
Has anyone been able to find an aftermarket relay assembly that works.  I rigged one up that worked with some relays from the auto parts store and a switch I had but I'd like something cleaner and with some kind of cover to protect it from the elements.  I ordered one online that seemed right and it arrived today but the gauge of the wires seems small compared to the leads coming off the trim motor on the unit.  I understand Mecury may have a few left but at $150 its a little hard to justify.

I just bought a used paralift for my 222 project. It only has two wires coming out of hyd motor. If I apply + to one wire and - to th other it moves. Switch wires and it reverses. I was just goi g to wire up a switch that reverses polarity- like a tilt and trim switch. Is this what is called for?
