Washdown, Livewell valve

I am sure someone here knows where to find these so I am going to ask.

Who makes, sells the rotating valve that switches the wash-down to the live-well.

I have a 2004 Explorer that has a plastic valve that is starting to leak and I want to fix it before it gets really bad.

Does any company make a repair kit for it maybe?

That valve comes apart pretty easy, mine was all frozen up when I bought the bought, during the "yard period" I completely dis-assembled, cleaned and lubricated it, basically it is just a spool valve with some o-rings, you may have some dirt or salt debris lodged in there, o-rings can probably be found at a local rubber and hose place, mine just need some TLC.

A company named Bosworth makes the valves.I had to replace mine.

I tried to loosen my plastic one and it broke right off.  
I replaced it at boaters world.  Mine was a on/off though.

Treat it like a shut-off valve in the bilge.  Exercise the handle regularly, and give it a once weekly (maybe bi-weekly) shot of PB, or at least silicone spray under the white cap that covers the handle screw...

I will try and track down the company that makes them and will also see about taking it apart to do a re-seal, just gotta wait for the albacore to leave our coastal fishing areas and it looks like that won't be happening for at least another few weeks.
