WM, no pics, but just mounted 2 rod holders on my 215, each for 3 rods.   I mounted one on the what ever you call it board that slides down to block back splash from the motor.  Its 2 pannels that fold in half.  I took it apart as I dont need that much of a break from the splash in Phoenix or Baja.. then mounted one holder on the bottom half.   Over to the left of the motor when sanding in the cockpit.  I wanted far out of the range where the swim step is, as I step on the transom when climbing in and wanted the rods out of the way, its tricky already.   The other holder ended up on side of the built in cooler/storage, opposite from the bait well.  It will be a very close fit with the Bimini, but is the best I could do to keep out of the way and still get a few more holders inplace.  Probably not the best, but teired of the milk crate with the PVC pipes hangigng out and sliding all over the place.

Moved my Fire Ex from the right side of the cuddy entrance tot he Left, as that small spot was not much use for anything, and plan on a few coat hanger hooks bewteen the plastic housing covering the wires and the door.

Dealing with the stupid lights, may go with the homemade LEDs, not sure yet.  I have the inserts that hold the rods/brushes/gaffs out as I am running new Transducers, so will address the lights now as well.

Let me know what you have done, if anything.  Posting pics is a pain, guess you need to do it very specifically, so let me know, maybe i'll send some direct to you...

Dont forget...
An easy way to install courtesy lighting is to use red trailer marker lights.  They are sealed and cheap.
