JJ, a beautiful presentation. EVERYBODY loves grilled 'maters, and saw the green ones too. As you've shown, the green tomatoes don't have to be fried to be tasty....

I would hate to see what it looked like after a FedX ride.  In March my daughter sent me a made-from-scratch German Chocolate cake, my absolute favorite.  It actually survived the trip but it had enough toothpicks in it to build a house.
