I'm heading to Waterloo, Ontario, CA today and was scheduled to go through Dulles airport (IAD).  I saw that yesterday the airport was already closed and good chance it would not be open today   http://www.fly.faa.gov/flyfaa/usmap.jsp
So I called the airline yesterday and re-routed through Ohare - get to Waterloo a litle later but at least I get there. Because the Dulles airport was closed already they let me change my flight without a change fee.   (although I still have to pay for my checked bag  :x )
