Question about thru hull transducer
« on: November 22, 2009, 05:19:01 PM »
I am in need of a bronze thru hull transducer for my chartplotter. I am stuck on which one to get, one is for boats with a deadrise between 8-16 degrees, and the other is for deadrises between 16-24 degree deadrise. I have a 1973 19-6, does anyone have a clue? Thanks  :D

Well I didn't notice anything for your craft in the reference section but I didn't look that hard. Your best bet is to measure it yourself.

Here's what they're talking about. http://www.classicaquasport.com/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2915

There's a "how to" on the site and I'll take a look for it later or maybe someone else will chim in.

Good luck.

EDIT: Here ya go, my ol' buddy Bad. He has just what you're lookin' for.
