I know I know lol, school got a little crazy so nothing has been done lately.  I plan on grinding out the rest of the transom this week and making my template for the new one.  Hopefully come may at the end of the semester I can get crackin on this thing.  Will keep everyone posted.

Ok, I have a new found respect for 24yr. old marine plywood.  I thought it was going to come out like butter... not so much.  I got 99% of the grinding done on the transom, I still need to cut out some of the stringers(approx. 6 inches) but that will have to wait for another day.

Progress is a good thing!
How much are you going to cut the stringers back?

I'd guess approx. 6 inches

But probably not right away.
