repowering a boat

I went to the brochure and noticed that the 246ccp the single came with the 25 shift or the twin came with a 20 shift. This one came with twin 20 shift. To repower do I need 20 shift or 25 shift?

The duals mount off the centerline quite a bit so they will need a 20" shaft so the waterline is equal to the cavitation plate. The single is mounted on the centerline where the "V" of the bottom is deepest, so it'll need the 25" shaft.
